The wine nerds at Halfseas don’t play favorites often, but catch us off guard (or after a few glasses of wine) and we just might admit to loving Burgundian wines more than others.

On a sunny day, we’re probably lazing around with a cold glass of Bourgogne Blanc. Rainy, stormy weather? Give us pâté or a roasty piece of chicken and we’ll be hard-pressed not to open a bottle of red Burgundy.
