Spain is home to some of the most exciting winemaking in the world today. “Terroirists” like Daniel Landi, Fernando Garcia, and Olivier Riviere – amongst others – are seeking out and planting unique vineyards sites to create wines that are unlike many of the region’s predecessors, reflective of terroir and deeply considerate of the health of the land. Tonight, we will explore a collection of delicious sips – from elevated, biodynamic Corpinnat sparkling to deeply ponderous Garnacha worthy of a steak, and imagine ourselves bare-armed in Spain, hiking in the Iberian sun.
