Native Oregonians Tony and Michelle Soter established Soter in 1997. The Vineyards are located at Mineral Springs Ranch, a biodynamic farm and vineyard located in the heart of Oregon wine country. The estate vineyard is planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The remaining acreage is committed to vegetable and berry gardens, forest, woodland, and grazing land for flocks of sheep and goats.

Today, Soter stands for an uncompromised commitment to their ideals in farming, winemaking, and environmentalism.
